We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

UK Shipping Options

We offer two flat-rate tracked services to ensure your package arrives safely:

  • Standard Tracked: £3.99

    • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Express Tracked: £4.99

    • Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your parcel's journey directly on the Royal Mail website.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order! However, if you need to return an item, we offer a 30 -day return policy.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lashes if they have been worn.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, and we highly recommend choosing a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
